The Northern Colorado market continues to see buyers in numbers looking for a home to purchase. A recently listing I had received 16 offers in a 2-day period!

Check out the April stats below and take special note that across the board, homes were selling for over 100% of list price AND the days on market shortened by 44%. For homeowners, it is important you know these numbers especially if you plan to list your home in the near future. Price it correctly and set realistic expectations as there are still homes sitting on the market that started out being priced too high. And for buyers, these stats are important in understanding how to write a winning offer.

We saw a small slight improvement of homes for sale over a year ago, but with shorter days on market, this tells us how quickly they went under contract and closed!
