Northern Colorado Home Sales - February 2023

Below is the monthly home sales report for Northern Colorado for the month of February. Inventory levels are still well below normal. The start of March brought buyers out, which, coupled with fewer homes for sale, has resulted in listings going under contract quicker, and we are seeing multiple offers surfacing again. Some listings are still on the market, mainly because they started out too high, and sellers were not quick enough to adjust. Those we may see closing at a lower price than the original list price.







According to Altos Reports, in Fort Collins this week (3/21/23) the median list price is $775,000 with the market action index hovering around 53. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 51. Inventory has increased to 106. View all cities go to Altos Reports.
