Single Family Home Stats - January 2020

The market started strong for the month of January. Buyers were out in higher numbers and listings across Larimer County increased.

Larimer County and Fort Collins Colorado

New listings for single family homes were up over 32%, sold listings also saw an increase of almost 14% and median selling price was up close to 4%.
