The chart below reflects an increase of 16.44% of new listings in December compared to December 2018. The median list price, selling price, and sold listings also saw a rise over a year ago.

Larimer County Single Family Home Stats

Not only did Fort Collins see an increase in sales but Larimer County saw a 5.57% increase. New listings, median list price, and median sale prices were also up.
