I always tell my clients "where there is a will, there is a way." And now Knock Home Swap is giving homeowners a way to make offers without the contingency of selling their existing home. This is not a gimmick, it's a real thing!

The only fee different than a traditional lender is the Convenience Fee of 1.25% and there is no origination fee. That fee is exactly what it states, it affords you the convenience to buy a new home now, move in and sell your old home later. They will cover your old home mortgage payment up to 6 month with 0% interest. Knock can provide assistance with the down payment, up to 20% based on the equity you have on your current home as well as an Equity Advance Loan at 0% interest to make any needed update and repairs before selling your home. You pay back dollar for dollar, no additional cost.


What is the Equity Advance Loan?

Leverage a portion of the equity in your existing home to empower you to buy now. 0% for 6 months and the underwriting is on the existing home. A portion of the equity advance loan must be used to cover mortgage payments on your old home until it sells. This helps to keep you from paying 2 mortgages at once. And remember, it is a 0% loan! From there, you can use all or as little of the $25,000 as needed.
