Number of sales down 8.95% from October 2018


New listings were down 5.93% from October 2018


Average DOM (Days On Market) was up 23.8%, single family homes are on the market 12 days longer than October 2018.




Currently there is a 2.3% months supply of inventory in the City of Fort Collins.
