The time has come to harvest your fruits of labor, or in our case, hit up every farmers market we can (our garden was demolished from hail this year.) I continue my quest to find the very best recipes using fresh herbs and vegetables. Here are a few tried & true and a few new.

Let's roll onto to peaches for a moment. In Colorado you cannot beat a delicious and oh so sweet Palisade peach.

The best part of going to a Farmers Market this time of year? In my opinion, hands down it is the smell of fresh roasted chilis. I buy them in bulk (Big Jim's are my fav) & freeze to use year round in well, just about everything.
